jonathan schork has been designing, building, & maintaining gardens since 1975. he was the owner/operator of the new york landscaping company ad terra flora from 1983-1996, and the key west landscaping company vis vitae from 1996-2005. though no longer operating those businesses, he does design & build gardens for studio clients upon request. design subjects include classical japanese, tropical, subtropical, & xeriscape, with specialisation in water features, fire features, & architectural elements such as bridges, pagodas, arches, columns, & shrines.
